摘  要:教育实习是教师专业发展的重要环节,"三位一体、多元共建"教育实习模式构建了"高师院校—教育行政部门—实习学校"三位一体的教师教育实践平台,实现实习形式多样化、实习内容多元化和合作空间层次化的有机融合,在实践过程中,促进教师职前培养和职后培训一体化,促进师范教育教学的改革,建立稳定的教学基地,有效保证了教育实习的顺利进行。Education practice plays an important role in the teacher professional development.Under this circumstances,Trinity and Multiple Elements Co-construction,the education practice modes which is the trinity of normal colleges,administrative departments for education and cooperation schools offering practice,provide teachers with an education practice platform.Therefore,the Multiple Elements Co-construction in practice has been accomplished,which is the organic integration of multiple forms,multiple contents and co-operation hierarchy.All these efforts aim at accelerating the combination of pre-service and inservice teacher education,promoting the reforms of normal education and teaching,constructing long-term teaching bases and maintaining the functioning of education practice.
