关于南疆地区函授教育中面授过程的观察与思考

摘　　要：南疆地区函授教育在促进南疆继续教育事业发展、培养适应社会需求的多层次人才等方面发挥着不可替代的作用。根据函授教育的性质,面授是函授教育的一个重要方面,抓好面授环节是提升成人函授教育质量的重要突破口。通过对南疆地区成人函授教育面授现状的调查,深入探究其存在的问题和不足,并思考进一步提高面授教学有效性的策略,以此提高面授教学质量,有效推动南疆地区成人高等函授教育的发展。The adult higher correspondence education in Southern Xinjiang plays a great role in developing the local continuing education and training multi - level personnel. According to its nature, face-to-face teaching is the key of ensuring the quality of the cor- respondence education. This article focuses on the face-to-face teaching of the correspondence education in Southern Xinjiang. Some strategies are developed based on investigation into the current siuation and the existing problems and insufficiency. It can improve the quality of face-to-face teaching and then the quality of the correspondence education in the area.
