论高职科研激励机制的构建

摘　　要：构建高职科研激励机制,要注意以下基本问题:遵循高职教育规律,确保正确的科研定位与科研活动的有效性;进行深层制度改革,建立高职科研激励机制的良好运行环境;合理运用激励理论,真正发挥其应有作用。This paper proposes that we should do the following work in constructing higher vocational scientific incentive mechanism： to follow the law of higher vocational education with the aim of ensuring the correct research orientation and the effectiveness of scientific research activities; to carry on the deep reform of the system so as to build the running environment of higher vocational colleges scientific research incentive mechanism; to use incentive theory reasonably for the purpose of getting good results.
