摘  要:在当前社会境遇下,教师职业的幸福感研究成为教育理论界关注的焦点,本文选取社会学视角,从教师职业本身所蕴含的工具价值出发,提出以工具价值为存在意义成为教师幸福感缺失的根源,在此基础上,号召教师应积极寻求"诗意的栖居",追寻个体本身的存在感,希冀对当前教师认识自身职业的深刻指涵有所助益。In the current social situation,the research on teachers' professional happiness has become the focus of educational theories.From the perspective of sociology,this article starts from the instrumental value contained in the teaching profession itself,putting forward that the root of teachers' lack of professional happiness is to regard the instrumental value as the meaning of existence,based on which the author appeals to teachers that they should seek for "poetic living" and the sense of individual presence,hoping to help the teachers to understand the profound meaning of their own profession.
