摘  要:目的建立二极管阵列-高效液相色谱法同时测定食品中安赛蜜、苯甲酸、山梨酸和糖精钠测定方法。方法样品处理后.采用Zorbax Eclipse XDB—C18色谱柱,以甲醇-0.02mol/L乙酸铵溶液(3+97)为流动相,进行DAD—LC测定。结果在2.5-50μg/ml的线性范围内,呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率在96.9%-103.7%之间,RSD在0.53%~3.72%之间。结论该方法灵敏度高,稳定、准确、重现性好等优点,适用于食品中4种组分添加剂的测定。OBJECTIVE The goal of this study is to establish a simultaneous determination method for detecting acesulfame potassium, benzoic acid, sorbic acid, and sodium saccharin in food products using a diode array-HPLC system. METH- ODS DAD-LC analyses were carried out using a Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 column, with methanol-0.02 mol/L of ammonium acetate solution (3+97) as the mobile phase for the chromatography. RESULTS A good linearity was observed in the range of 2.5 to 50 μg/ml, with an average recovery rate of 96.9 to 103.7% and a RSD of 0.53-3.72%. CONCLUSION The method is sensitive, stable, accurate, and reproducible, and is suitable for determining the contents of the four additives in food products.
