基于建构主义理论的企业战略管理课程教学模式改革

摘　　要：企业战略管理是一门涉及众多研究领域、高度集成整合的管理类专业核心课,围绕该课程的教学目标,教学模式应进行改革。本文根据建构主义学习理论进行教学模式的改革实践,就开展的全过程团队式学习、互动式课堂教学方法、开放的课堂学习环境、科学全面的评价体系等改革进行了分析,并就改革中遇到的问题进行了探讨,为进一步深化该课程教学模式改革提供了思路。＂Strategic Enterprise Management＂is a core course in-volving a high degree of integrated professional management courses around the teaching objectives, so its teaching model should be reformed. Based on the constructivist learning theory for the reform of teaching practice, the whole process of learning, interactive classroom teaching methods, open-classroom learning environment, scientific and comprehensive evaluation system re-forms were analyzed, and the case of the reform were also dis-cussed, in order to provides a guideline for the further reform of the teaching model.
