摘  要:建立了葡萄酒中顺反式白藜芦醇含量测定的分析方法,对白藜芦醇3种不同类型的前处理方法进行比较。采用Ultimate C18色谱柱为分离柱,乙腈-0.03%磷酸水溶液(25∶75,v/v)为流动相等度洗脱,流速为1.5 mL/min,柱温为35℃,检测波长为306 nm。结果表明,直接进样法的回收率为94.6%~100.6%,C18柱固相萃取法的回收率为92.72%~96.6%,乙酸乙酯提取法的回收率为90.05%~96.1%;白藜芦醇含量可以作为葡萄酒品质鉴定的参考标准之一。The determination method of cis- and trans- resveratrol in grape wine had been developed by HPLC. Its three different pretreatment methods of resveratrol were compared. In the experiment, separation and determination were carried out by isocratic elution under the following conditions: Ultimate C^8 column used as separation colunm, acetonitrile- 0.03 % phosphoric acid solution (25:75 ,v/v)used as mobile phase, the detection length of UV was 306 nm, the flowing rate was 1.5 mL/min, and column temperature was at 35 ~C. The experimental results suggested that the recovery rate of direct injection method was 94.61%~100.6 %, the recovery rate of C^s solid-phase extraction (SPE) method was 92.72 %~96.6 %, and the recovery rate of acetic ether extraction method was 90.05 %~96.1%. Besides, our study revealed that the content of resveratrol could be used as one of the reference criteria for the evaluation of grape wine quality.
