德国教育概况及其对我国高职教育的启示

摘　　要：该文主要介绍了德国职业教育的基本情况，并以代根多夫应用技术大学为例介绍了德国应用技术大学的专业开发方法和教学模式，并针对当前高职教育中教学效果不佳的问题提出了相应建议。The paper makes a brief introduction to German vocational education and major development and teaching model, taking HDU as an example. Suggestions finally are proposed that will be as solutions to the problems of the low teaching efficiency in China higher vocational education.
