摘　　要：教育创新是以培养人的创新精神和创新能力为基础的价值取向。教育观念的创新是教育创新的关键,其核心应为教育价值取向的创新和人才培养观念的创新。教育内容和方法的创新是教育创新的途径,教育内容要体现自然科学和人文社会科学的新成果。教育方法创新要随着教育内容的变化而变化。创新型教师是教育创新的根本所在,只有创新型教师才能实施创新教育,培养创新型人才。Education innovation is the value orientation with the cultivation of innovation spirit and innovation ability as the foundation. The innovation of education idea is the key of education innovation. The concept of lifelong education and innovation of other aspects, but the core of educational idea innovation should be the innovation of education value orientation and talent cuhiration. The innovation of educational content and method is the way of education innovation, education content should reflect the new achievements in natural science and social science. The innovation of the educational method should change with the change of the educational content. An innovative teacher is the key of education innovation, only innovative teachers can implement innovative education, cultivate innovative talents.
