城乡基础教育均衡发展路径研究

摘　　要：基础教育均衡发展已成为现代民生公共服务的基本诉求,然而,对于经济发展相对滞后的区域来说,要在短期内实现基础教育均衡发展,任务比较艰巨。为了有效推进区域基础教育均衡发展,可以建立区域城乡教育发展协同体,各界共同携手,以提升区域基础教育软实力为突破口,在教育硬实力条件不足的情况下,首先提升区域基础教育的软实力,为最终实现区域基础教育均衡发展奠定坚实的基础。Basic education balanced development has become the basic demands of modern people's livelihood public services,however,for the area that regional economic development relative lag,to achieve a basic education balanced development task in the short term is difficult.In order to effectively promote the basic education balanced development process,can set up the regional urban and rural education development coordination body,work together to enhance the soft power of regional basic education as the breakthrough,in the education condition of hard power shortage situation,first of all to strengthen the regional education foundation of soft power,to realize the balanced development of regional basic education lays solid foundation.
