摘　　要：指出职业岗位群要求相关岗位的工作人员要在具有共同的行业知识基础下,同时也要具有各自岗位方面的专业技能。做为公共科目,物流英语在物流专业中具有广泛应用性特征,但是基于职业岗位群需求,岗位群中相关岗位对于英语能力也有不同的需求,因此物流专业英语教学要根据不同的岗位需求有的放矢地进行教学,从职业岗位群特征出发调整英语课程设计可以使高职院校物流专业英语课程设计更好地达成教学目标。In this paper, we pointed out that beside requiring the relevant personnel to have the knowledge common to the profession, the professional post group also demanded them to have skills special to the specific post, argued that as a common discipline, logistics English is characterized by its wide application in the logistics specialty yet in light of the demand of the professional post group, different posts have different requirements on it and we should adjust the curriculum of logistics English according to the characteristics of the professional post groups.
