通识教育在高职院校的存在现状与分析建议——以宁波市高职院校为例

摘　　要：高职院校通识教育承担着将受教育者培养成具有完善人格职业人的重任。通过对宁波市高职院校的育人目标、通识教育课程的开设等问题进行研究,发现宁波高职教育存在着育人目标过分强调就业、片面强调企业文化、课程设置不合理等问题。今后要更新理念,从内涵上认识通识教育;理清思路,重视通识教育课程建设;组建高水平的师资队伍。General education in igher vocational college undertakes the important task of the educated people with perfect personality occupation. Through the research of open on issues such as Ningbo City vocational college education, general education curriculum, Ningbo higher vocational education has the goal of educating people too much emphasis on employment, one-sided emphasis on corporate culture,curriculum setting unreasonable. To update the concept, understanding of general education from the connotation; clear thinking, pay attention to the construction of general education courses; establishing the high level teachers.
