摘  要:以某型客车为研究对象,运用HyperWorks建立钢板弹簧和车架的有限元模型,并分别对模型进行刚度验证和模态试验验证。对模型进行平顺性仿真,并进行平顺性实车道路试验,仿真分析与试验结果显示:因路面激励引起的加速度功率谱密度曲线峰值接近,所处的频率及变化趋势基本一致,验证了整车模型的准确性;客车在高速行驶时平顺性不理想,乘客会有一定的不舒服感;为客车进一步分析优化提供了依据。By using the software HyperWorks, the FE models of leaf spring and frame for a coach were built, and the stiffness of leaf spring FE model and the frame FE modal analysis were verified. The Ride comfort simulation of the model and road test of the real vehicle were carried out. The simulation analysis and experimental results show the peak values of the acceleration power spectral density curve due to road excitation are similar, and the frequency and variation trend are consistent approximately to make sure the veracity of model. And the ride comfort at high speed is unsatisfactory, and passengers have some uncomfortable feeling. It provides a basis for further optimization of the coach.
