摘 要:目的:研究不同产地黄荆花的挥发性成分。方法:采用顶空固相微萃取与GC-MS技术对河南济源和湖北大别山区黄荆花的挥发性成分进行比较分析,结果:两种不同产地黄荆花挥发油中共分离出70个化合物,鉴定了其中的43个,共有成分14个。共有化学成分中,β-石竹烯含量最高,分别占黄荆挥发油总量的40.36%和32.42%,其次是桉树脑和(Z)-b-法呢烯。结论:不同产地黄荆花中挥发油的主要成分比较接近,但种类和含量均存在差异。Objective:To investigate the volatile constituents from of Vitex negundo flowers from different regions.Method:The essential oil of V.negundo flowers Jiyuan in Henan province and Dabieshan mountain in Hubei province were analyzed by SPME-GC-MS for the first time.Result:Seventy compounds were isolated from volatiles in two different areas and forty-three were identified.Fourteen compounds were owned in both samples.β-Caryophyllene was the highest content accounted for 40.36% and 32.42% in both samples respectively,followed by cineole and (Z)-b-farnesene in mutual compounds.Conclusion:The results showed that the major components of volatiles from V.negundo flowers in different region were in closer,but the kinds and contents were different.
