摘　　要：教师教育模式的改变势在必行,普通高师尤其是地方高师教师教育目前面临困境,应当秉持教师教育一体化观念,设立相关教育教育一体化机构,建设高素质的教师教育师资队伍,使教师教育尽快走上一条可持续发展之路。This paper attempts to analyze the confusions that engage college teachers＇ education in their development, and offers fundamental approaches and solutions in order to integrate college teachers＇educational reform and make it sustainable.
