摘  要:中职与高职教育专业衔接的核心是教学标准的衔接。本文针对中高职文秘专业教学标准衔接存在的问题,借鉴发达国家中高职专业教学标准衔接的经验,采取职业资格分级、职业能力分层的思路,实现中高职文秘专业在培养目标、职业能力等方面的衔接。The connection of professional teaching standards is the core for connecting secondary and higher vocational education. Setting secretarial specialty as an example, aiming at the existing problem of the connections of teaching standards between the two different mode of education, drawing lessons from developed countries in secondary and higher vocational education, this paper proposes some conceptions such as grading according to professional qualifications, delaminating according to professional abilities, so as to fulfill in secondary and higher vocational education connections for secretarial specialty on aspects of the training goal and professional ability, etc.
