摘　　要：幼儿教师教育一体化课程具有整体性、发展性、阶段性、协调性的特征。构建幼儿教师教育一体化课程要清楚地认识和把握幼儿教师专业发展的阶段特征,每一阶段要有明确的教育目标并体现整体连贯性,课程内容的设置要体现协调性和时效性。The integrated curriculum of preschool teaches＇ education has the characteristics of integrity, expansibility, stage, and coordination. Constructing such curriculum should grasp the characteristics of the professional development stages of preschool teachers and make a clear education goal in the overall coherence to each stage.
