摘　　要：本文通过对新时期国内外高校教育环境的分析 ,论证了加强素质教育的重要性 ,并在此基础上 。This paper discussed the importance of diathesis education through the analysis on both domestic and overseas environment in new century. And the author gived us several useful methods about how to improve the diathesis education.
