摘　　要：针对鲜红枣在自然条件下极易发生软化、酒化、褐变或腐烂等保鲜困难的问题,设计了一种涂膜保鲜装置。介绍了该装置的总体设计方案、工作特点及主要技术参数;通过涂膜时间和传送速度来调控涂膜风干保鲜效果,确定了主要工作部件的相关技术参数;设计了结构合理、涂膜性能良好、使用方便、工作效率高以及通用性好的鲜红枣涂膜保鲜装置,对延长鲜红枣保存期、丰富红枣制品市场和提高红枣经济效益具有十分重要的意义。For the problem that fresh red jujube in natural conditions easily happened softening, wine, browning and de- cay, we have designed a coating equipment. This article has introduced the overall design scheme, working characteris- tics and the main technical parameters of this device. This device has reasonable structure and good performance. Also it is ease to use, high efficiency and universal performance. It has very important significance for extending the shelf life of fresh red jujube, enriching red jujube products market and improving the economic benefits of red jujube.
