摘  要:目的探讨情景模拟教学模式对手术室实习护生临床带教效果的影响。方法将260名护生随机对照分为观察组130名和对照组130名,对照组按传统方法进行带教,观察组在传统带教后第二周进行一次情景模拟式教学查房,其余同传统带教。实习第四周进行出科考核及问卷调查,比较两组护生手术室基本操作技能知识掌握程度以及对带教工作的满意度。结果观察组护生对外科洗手、穿无菌手术衣、戴无菌手套、摆台及铺无菌巾等手术室的基本操作技能的掌握明显优于对照组(p<0.01),对带教工作的总满意度明显高于对照组(p<0.01)。结论手术室临床带教中应用情景模拟式教学查房,可调动护生主动学习的兴趣、锻炼动手操作能力,建立评判新思维,提高学生解决实际问题的能力,有利于学生知识、能力、素质的综合培养,提高教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of scenario simulation teaching mode on the operating room nursing students clinical teaching. Methods 260 nursing students will he randomized into observation groups (130) and the control group (130). For control group, implement traditional methods of teaching; for the observation group, in the second week af- ter traditional teaching carry out the scenario simulation teaching ward rounds, remaining time continued with the traditional teach. On the forth week of intership, leaving check and questionaires investigation were made to compare two groups nursing students' mastery of basic skills and knowledge as well as their satisfaction to teaching work. Results Nursing students of observation group were preceded control group in mastering the basic operating room skill, such as surgical washing hands, wearing sterile surgical gown, wearing sterile gloves, swing sets, spread aseptic towe, etc. (p 〈0.01 ). Thier overall satisfaction to teaching is markedly higher than control group(p 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Operating room clinical teaching applicating scenario simulation teaching ward rounds can mobilize nursing students' interest in active learning, increase handson exercise capacity, establish a new judge thinking, improve students 'ability to solve practical problems, it is conducive to studentsr knowledge, ability and quality comprehensive training to improve teaching effectiveness.
