摘  要:本研究采用热水浸提法提取棘托竹荪菌盖多糖。在单因素实验的基础上,利用响应曲面法优化提取条件,并采用还原能力、超氧阴离子自由基的清除能力、DPPH自由基的清除能力、羟自由基的清除能力作为棘托竹荪菌盖多糖的体外抗氧化作用评价的四个指标,并同V C进行了比较。结果表明,棘托竹荪菌盖多糖的最佳提取工艺条件:提取温度为95℃,料液比为1∶39g/mL,提取次数为3次,提取时间为3.5h,在此条件下多糖得率为12.13%。抗氧化实验表明,棘托竹荪菌盖多糖具有良好的还原能力和自由基清除能力,是一种抗氧化活性高的物质。Hot water extraction was applied in the experiment to extract polysaccharides from pileus of Dictyophora echinovolvata. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained through single factor test and response surface methodology (RSM). Besides, antioxidant activity of the polysaccharides in vitro was investigated by using reducing power, superoxide radical assay, DPPH. scavenge, activity and hydroxyl radical assay, using Vitamin C as a positive control. The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows= extraction temperature 95℃, ratio of material to solvent 1 :39g/mL, extraction times 3, extraction time 3.5h. Under these conditions, the yield of polysaccharides was 12.13%. The antioxidation experiments indicated that the polysaccharide had a good reducing power and free radical scavenging activity, Dictyophora echinovolvata was a substance with high antioxidant activity.
