摘  要:在教育领域推进教师参与教育政策的制定,体现了一种全新的教师责任、权利以及教育管理观念,不仅有助于走中国特色社会主义政治发展道路和推进政治体制改革,保证教育政策科学化、民主化,而且是保证教育政策顺利实施、减少教育政策实施阻力的重要举措。当前,我国教师参与教育政策制定还存在制度化的参与路径不足、参与教育政策制定的教师组成无法确定、教师分享教育政策制定的影响力不足等方面的困境。要充分发挥教师参与教育政策制定的积极作用。应分层次探索以获取教育政策信息为目标、以增强教育政策接受性为目标、以分享教育政策决策权为目标的教师教育政策参与路径。Encouraging the teachers to get involved in the making of educational policies in the field of education re- flects the brand new idea of teachers' responsibilities and rights, as well as the concept of education management, which not only helps us to take the political development road of socialism with Chinese characteristics and promote the political restructuring, guaranteeing the scientification and democratization of educational policies, but also is the iml^ortant measure of ensuring the smooth implementation of educational policies and reducing the resistance in the implementation of educa- tional policies. But currently there are some difficulties in getting teachers involved in the making of educational policies like the insufficient institutionalized approaches to participation, the limited number of teachers involved in the policy mak- ing and the degree of influence exerted by the teachers sharing the making of educational policies. To play the positive role of teachers getting involved in the making of educational policies, approaches to participation with different objectives and at different levels can be adopted, including obtaining the information of educational policies, strengthening the acceptabil- ity of educational policies and sharing the right of making educational policies.
