摘　　要：服务外包人才的培养,不仅能解决服务外包产业中人才紧缺的局面,而且还能促进服务外包行业在资本、技术及管理方面的贯通运用,使整个服务外包产业能够健康快速发展。本文从服务外包业的发展及人才培养现状出发,参考现有高职院校中的服务外包人才培育方法,结合现今先进的管理和培养模式,对高职院校服务外包专业育人模式做出积极探讨。Service outsourcing talents, not only to solve the service outsourcing industry talent shortage situation, but also to promote service outsourcing industry in the capital, technology and management through the use of the whole service outsourcing industry can be healthy and rapid development. This article from the service outsourcing industry development and the current situation of personnel training, vocational colleges in reference to the existing service outsourcing personnel training methods, combined with today＇s advanced management and training model for vocational education institutions specialized outsourcing model to make actively explore.
