摘　　要：本文中,我们对于高校教师课堂上的教学现状进行了探讨,研究发现教学的手法单一;教学的内容枯燥,缺乏启发性;教学的设计滞后,缺乏创新是制约当前教师发挥教学艺术的关键因素。最后我们也根据实际情况提出了相应的改进措施,希望能够为他人的研究贡献出自己的一份力量。The situation of teaching in college has been discussed in this paper, and the result suggests that the singleness of teaching method, boring teaching content and the hysteresis on instructional design has restricted the effect on the development of the teaching art. In the end we come up with some solutions to solve this problem and hope that one day it will contribute to somebodys research.
