摘　　要：构建基于网络的大学英语听说课程个性化教学模式是对传统的以"书本加大班、教师为中心"的大学英语听说教学模式的革新,是以现代信息技术,特别是网络技术为支撑建立的"以学生为主体,以教师为主导"的新教学模式的必然要求。本文简要介绍了大学英语个性化教学的现实意义、理论依据及应遵循的原则,并就如何开展大学英语听说课堂个性化教学模式作了深入探讨,以期能为大学英语听说课程教学实践提供切实可行的指导。The construction of network university English listening and speaking course of individualized teaching mode based on the traditional ＂books and classes, the teacher as the center＂ of the university English teaching mode innovation. In the modern information technology, especially network technology to establish a ＂student-centered, teacher led inevitably to the new teaching mode＂. This paper briefly introduces the significance, University English teaching the- ories and principles to be followed, and how to carry out the university English listening and speaking class makes a deep study of the individualized teaching mode, with a view to university English listening and speaking teaching practice to provide practical guidance.
