摘　　要：高职高专院校教师有其独特的专业精神与专业角色。其专业精神主要表现在:职业教育意识是专业精神的灵魂,爱岗敬业精神是专业精神的根基,教育教学能力是专业精神的精髓,实践操作技能是专业精神的追求;其专业角色定位为:道德楷模,课程开发者,就业指导者,社会服务者,研究者,终身学习者。探索高职高专院校教师专业精神与专业角色的特殊性,对高职高专教师的专业发展具有指引和导向作用。Teachers in higher vocational colleges have unique professional spirits and roles. The professional spirits mainly displays in： the occupation education consciousness is the soul; spirit of love and dedication is the foundation; education and teaching ability is the essence; practice operation skill is the pursuit of professional spirit. While the professional roles are positioned as： the moral model; curriculum developer; employment instructor; social worker; researcher; lifelong learner, etc. Exploring the particularity of the professional roles and spirits of teachers in higher vocational colleges plays the guiding and orienting role in the professional development of higher vocational teachers.
