客观结构化临床考试中标准化病人反馈与学生自评反思效应的比较研究

摘　　要：本研究比较在客观结构化临床考试（objective structured clinical examination,OSCE）中标准化病人（standardized patients,SP）反馈与学生自评对后续站点成绩影响的差异.研究方法为第一天和第四天的考试长站结束后均由SP提供反馈；第二天内科学站结束后SP反馈,外科学站结束后学生自评；第三天内科学站结束后学生自评,外科学站结束后SP反馈.结果显示,SP反馈与自评结合组短站分数均显著高于SP反馈组,提示自评反思在学生评价自身表现、改进实际能力、提高考试成绩方面具有一定优势,其作用值得进一步重视.This study compared the performance between the students accepted SP＇s oral feedback and self-evaluation.The results showed that the performance of short stations of the group accepted SP＇s oral feedback were significantly higher than the group accepted self-evaluation.Conclusions：the data suggested that self-evaluation would help to improve students＇ performance.
