长白山杜香植物营养成分及微量元素测定

摘　　要：采用国标规定的方法测定杜香中杜香叶片、枝干中蛋白质、水溶性糖、纤维、灰分、水分、脂肪、氨基酸态氮的含量,通过微波消解、ICP-MS测定杜香中的微量矿物质元素级可溶性性元素。杜香叶片、枝干中的纤维、水溶性糖、粗脂肪含量较高;测定出杜香叶片、枝干中Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn等17种金属元素的种类和含量;部分微量元素可由沸水浸提溶出,Zn的溶出率可达19.736%。杜香营养成分丰富,可开发为功能饮料或者作为新的食品功能因子来源,开发潜力巨大。Nutritional ingredient in leaves and twigs of ledum palustre L.were tested according corresponding standards.17 elements（Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn et al） in twigs and leaves of Ledum palustre L.were detected by ICPMS.And all samples were digested by microwave with HNO3 before detection.The results showed that Ledum Palustre L contens more fiber,crude fat and soluble carbohydrate compared with some plants.The detected trace elements in leaves were more than in twigs,and most elements of leaves can be got out with boiled water.Ledum palustre L.may be developed a beverage or a source of new food functional components.
