摘　　要：食品中功能性低聚糖的分析一直是碳水化合物分析领域的难点,我国国家标准还未有食品中功能性低聚糖的分析方法标准。现今低聚果糖和低聚半乳糖做为功能配料广泛的应用于各种食品中,特别在婴幼儿食品中作为重要益生元组分获得广泛应用。本文主要介绍了食品中低聚果糖和低聚半乳糖检测方法研究进展情况。The analysis of functional oligosaccharide was difficult in food, related to which there were no national standards.Fructooligosaccharides and galaetooligosaccharides were widely used in various foods as a function ingredients, especially as an important component of prebiotics in infant formula. The detection methods related to fructooligosaccharides and galactooligosaceharides in food were reviewed.
