摘　　要：在外资知名酒店集团的强大优势面前,我国高星级酒店在竞争中一直处于弱势地位,如何在发展过程中创建一支有职业化的工作技能、职业化的工作形象、职业化的工作态度、职业化的工作道德的职业化团队以便在蓬勃发展的经济形势下充分利用市场提供的机会、合理地规避风险,并争取在行业竞争中取得竞争优势是大多数酒店的当务之急。In front of the powerful advantages of foreign-funded and famous hotel group, the high star hotels in China have been in a weak position in the competition. Therefore, to create a professional team with professional job skills, image, attitude and work ethic is the urgent task of most hotels in order to make full use of the opportunity provided by the booming market, avoid risk reasonably, and try to gain competitive advantages in the industry competition.
