摘　　要：食品安全是关系人民群众身体健康和生命安全的一件大事。分析了食品行业发展现状,指出食品检测类专业改革的必要性,明确人才培养目标,提出课程体系的改革措施。Food safety is a big event that relates to the health and safety of people. The paper analyzes the development status of food industry, points out the necessity of food testing＇s reform, defines the objectives of talents training, and proposes the reform measures of curriculum system.
