制约少数民族双语数学教育质量的主因分析

摘　　要：探讨制约少数民族双语数学教育质量的主要原因是提高少数民族双语教学质量的重要方面．实地调研和问卷调查表明，青海少数民族数学教育，特别是藏族数学教育质量难于提升的因素是多方面的．双语教师的培养质量和梯队建设方面的问题是制约少数民族双语教育特别藏族双语数学教育发展的主因．The article takes the field observation and questionnaires as the basis if analyze the difficult factors in improving the education quality of Qinghai Uinorities＇ Math education especially the Tibetan＇s bilingual Math education. The main reason of the restriction in improving the Tibetan＇s bilingual math education are the lacking and the lowly qualified teachers. The article also gives the suggestions to solve those problems.
