北京市海淀区中小学外包食堂存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：目的了解不同经营模式下中小学食堂的卫生状况,为更好的保障中小学生在校就餐安全提供政策上的依据。方法北京市海淀区卫生监督所于2013年2月至3月对北京市海淀区全区中小学的集体食堂(共132个)进行拉网式检查。结果共有28个食堂为对外承包食堂(占21.2%),其余则为学校自行经营管理的食堂;对外承包食堂在人员管理、场所环境、设施设备、采购储存、加工制作、清洗消毒方面的卫生状况均比学校自主经营的食堂卫生状况差。结论中小学学校对外包食堂应加强监管。Object In order to study the food hygienic condition of the two different management patterns of middle and primary school mess halls in Beijing city,Haidian district,and then improve the food hygienic condition of the school mess halls.Methods We started our surgery in Beijing, China from February 2013 to march 2013,and all the primary and secondary school mess halls（a total of 132）in Haidian District were inspected for our investigation.Resuh There were 28（21.2%）school mess halls were managed by contractors.The food hygienic condition of these mess halls condition of these mess halls contracted was worse than those self-employed,including personal management,canteen environment and so on.Conclusion School mess halls contracted should be given more surveillance.
