从缄默知识观谈成人教育教师隐性教育观念转变

摘　　要：当前经济全球化水平不断加深,人才战略深入人心。成人教育凭借其自身的独特性成为实施人才战略中不可缺少的一部分。作为教育系统的一个子系统,应该重视并最大程度的发挥成人教育的作用,使它产生更广泛的积极影响。本文首先对教师的隐性教育观念进行概述,并根据成人教育的特点,结合缄默知识理论,探寻转变成人教育教师隐性教育观念转变的途径。Adult education, with its own uniqueness, has already become an indispensable part of the talent strategy. As a subsystem of the whole education system, we should pay attention to the full play of the role of adult education. After a definition of implicit education, this paper with the support of tacit knowledge theory tries to find means to transform the conceptual change of implicit education in adult education according to the characteristics of adult education.
