摘 要:师资供给过剩背景下,对师范生从教能力应有新的认识。师范生从教能力可以分解为"汉字规范书写"、"教育语言表达"、"教学设计"、"课堂教学组织与说课"、"教育技术能力"、"教育研究"、"班主任工作"、"求职与职业发展"等八项专业能力。师范生从教能力是一个开放性的动态发展结构,分为教学技能、教师认同、教育理想三个层次。层次之间存在依存与递进关系。在师范生从教能力中教学技能处于发展的基础层面,在此之上,是对教师职业的认同与教育理想。A new perception of normal school students' teaching ability should be concerned about under present faculty excess supply. New factors have been added to their teaching ability which falls into the following eight professional competence "Proper and standard Chinese character writing", "Teaching language application", "Instruction design", "Organization of class teaching and presentation", "Teaching technological capabihty", "Education research", "Head-teacher's charging work", and "Employment seeking and career development". Normal School students' teaching ability is an open dynamic developing structure which can be divided into three levels teaching skills, identification for teacher occupation and education ideal. There exists a progressive and inseparable relation among the above three levels, within which the teaching skills is the developmental basement of career identification blooming with education ideal.
