摘 要:职业化、专业化趋势下的辅导员绩效考核制度是高校绩效管理的重要内容,它不仅可以增强辅导员的职业认同感和幸福感,还有利于辅导员职业化、专业化的发展。目前高校辅导员绩效考核主要存在以下几个问题:考核体系缺乏科学性,不能真实反映辅导员工作的特点;考核工作职责界定不清;缺乏辅导员绩效考核全过程中的沟通与监督;考核结果与激励机制脱钩等等。为此,须对高校辅导员绩效考核制度的设计原则、考核指标内容和实施等作进一步优化设计。The performance appraisal system of counselors under the trend of professionalism and spe- cialization is an important part of the performance management in colleges and universities. It can not only strengthen their professional self-identity and sense of happiness, but also is good for the development of their professionalism and specialization. The main problems in the performance appraisal system of college counselors are: lack of scientific management; not reflecting the real characteristics of counselors' work; the responsibilities not clearly defined; lack of the communication and the supervision in the whole process; the appraisal result and the excitation mechanism disconnect. Therefore, the design principles, the assessment content and the implementation of the college counselors' performance appraisal system need to be designed with further optimization.
