摘　　要：提出了一种针对柯肯达尔效应这一失效机理的恒定应力水平下混合导体LTCC加速寿命试验方法,开展了相关样品的加速寿命试验,对其可靠性进行了评估。从微观的角度对加速寿命试验中的样品进行了分析,并针对Ferro公司A6-M材料混合导体LTCC基板样品使用过程中出现的问题在工艺上进行了改进。Based on Kirkendall effect （failure mechanism） in processing of LTCC with mixed mental materials, a method of accelerated lifetime under invariableness levels is proposed and ac-celerated lifetime tests are conducted. Reliability of samples is evaluated and the median lifetime of samples is obtained. According to the problem occurring in the use period of Ferro A6-M LTCC with mixed metal materials, analysis of samples by accelerated lifetime test is completed and processing improvement is rendered by the analysis of sample images under microscope.
