摘　　要：职业教育的目标是让学习者获得一定的职业能力,然而仅靠理论知识学习和技能操作训练尚不足以形成职业能力。文中通过分析"现代学徒制"这一先进理念,结合本校物流专业,把学生的培养和企业的用人需求有机结合,对物流人才培养模式进行研究。The aim of vocational education is to make learners get a professional capacity,but only the theoretical knowledge learning and skills training is enough to be a professional ability.In this paper,the logistics personnel training mode is studied by＂modern apprenticeships＂,the cultivation of the students and enterprise talent demand in the university logistics professional.
