摘　　要：对任意有限p-群S定义了一个新的特征子群W(S),证明了类似的Glauberman-Solomon定理亦成立,即当G为p-稳定群时,如果S为其一个Sylowp-子群,则在适当条件下W(S)恰为G的一个非平凡特征子群.A new characteristic subgroup W （S） was defined for an arbitrary finite p-group S, and a theorem which was similar to Glauberman-Solomon＇s was proved. Namely, if G is a p-stable group and S is a Sylow p-subgroup of G, then W（S） is a nontrivial characteristic subgroup under appropriate conditions.
