巴班斯基“教学过程最优化”理论对大学英语教学的启示

摘　　要：巴班斯基是前苏联著名的教育家,他在教学实践中提出了教学过程最优化理论,对今天的大学英语教学仍然有启示:激发学生学习动机,教学方法合理化,教学形式多样化,课堂上师生互动,培养学生学习兴趣,最终有效提高学习效率。Babanski is a famous education expert in theformer Soviet Unions. During his teaching process, he put forward the educational theory：optimization of teaching process which is still helpful for English teaching, e. g. stimulate learning motivation, rationalize teaching methods. Diversify teaching forms, advocate teacher-students interaction and foster learning interest.
