摘 要:以香椿叶为原料,超声辅助醇提法制备得到香椿叶提取物,并测定了其多酚含量.同时采用清除DPPH·和·OH法及测定抑菌圈直径大小研究了香椿叶提取物的抗氧化及抑菌活性.结果表明:香椿叶提取物中多酚含量为6.125 mg/g.香椿叶提取物具有较强的抗氧化活性,清除DPPH·和·OH的能力与其多酚含量呈量效关系,对DPPH·和·OH的半清除率IC50分别为34.87μg/mL和16.07μg/mL;香椿叶提取物具有一定的抑菌活性,对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌圈直径分别为9.7 mm、7.1 mm和8.5 mm.We prepared extract from Toona sinensis leaves by ultrasonic-assisted ethanol extraction method, determined the polyphenol contents of the extracts,and also studied the antioxidant and antibacterial activities of the extracts by using DPPH·and·OH method and by measuring diameter of the inhibition zone. The results showed that the extract of Toona sinensis leaves contained 6.125 mg/g polyphenol,and showed high antioxidant activity; the DPPH·and ·OH clearance activity of the extract had a dose-effect relationship with the polyphenol contents; the semi-clearance rate IC50 values of DPPH·and·OH were respectively 34.87 μg /mL and 16.07 μg /mL; and the extract of Toona sinensis leaves had antibacterial activity,and the diameters of inhibition zone of the extract against Escherichia Coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus Subtilis were 9.7 mm,7.1 mm and 8.5 mm,respectively.
