摘  要:为保持繁缕嫩梢的品质,延长其货架期,研究了气调包装对繁缕嫩梢的保鲜效果。采用5种不同配比的O2,CO2,N2混合气体对繁缕嫩梢进行包装,置于2℃低温下贮藏,定期间隔3 d检测繁缕嫩梢的失重率、VC含量、叶绿素含量及感官指标的变化情况。试验结果表明:在低温下,当混合气体体积分数配比为5%O2+8%CO2+87%N2时,繁缕嫩梢的保鲜效果较好,在此条件下繁缕嫩梢的货架寿命可达12 d。In order to preserve quality and prolong the shelf life of Stellariamedia tender tip at low temperature, the preservation effects of modified atmosphere packaging on Stellariamedia tender tip were studied. The Stellariamedia tender tip were packed in 5 different gas proportions of O2, CO2 and N2, and stored at 2℃. The weight loss, VC content, chlorophyll content and sense index of Stellariamedia tender tip were measured every 3 d. The results indicated that the modified atmosphere packaging of 5% O2+8% CO2+87% N2 presented better preservation effects than the other groups at low temperature and the Stellariamedia tender tip shelf life could reach 12 d under this condition.
