摘　　要：根据新形势下涉外护理人才培养面临的机遇和挑战,结合国际护士执业水平考试(ISPN)的特点和要求,探索能够胜任工作岗位的涉外护理人才的培养模式。According to the opportunities and challenges of foreign nursing personnel training under new situation, combined with the characteristics and requirements of international level nurse practitioner exam （ISPN）,it explored the training model of foreign nursing personnel who can compe-tent for job.
