摘 要:研究了不同分子量及剂量的燕麦β-葡聚糖对高胆固醇小鼠血浆血脂及游离脂肪酸(FFA)的影响。高糖高脂饲料联合果糖水溶液建立高胆固醇小鼠模型,使用两种不同分子量(150ku和850ku)和剂量的燕麦β-葡聚糖对高胆固醇小鼠进行干预。干预实验第4、7、10周时测定血浆总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和FFA的含量。结果表明:两种分子量(150ku和850ku)的β-葡聚糖都可显著降低小鼠空腹血浆TC和LDL-C水平,同时可使高胆固醇小鼠血浆TG恢复到正常水平,但对HDL-C无显著影响;低分子量(150ku)的燕麦β-葡聚糖可显著升高血浆的FFA含量。说明不同分子量的β-葡聚糖对小鼠血脂和FFA影响有差异,作用效果具有时间和剂量依赖性。To investigate the effect of different molecule weight(150ku and 850ku) and doses of oat β-glucan on plasma lipid levels and free fatty acids of mice with high cholesterol mice. The high cholesterol mice were induced by high-fat and high sugarforage. Fasting blood plasma total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and free fatty acid(FFA) were determined after treatment 4,7,10-weeks. Results showed that different doses and molecular weight of β-glucan could significantly reduce the fasting plasma TC and LDL-C level,it also could make the TG level back to normal,but it was no effect on HDL-C. The low molecule weight(150ku) of β-glucan could significantly improve the plasma FFA level. It suggested that different molecule weight of β-glucan had different effects on plasma lipid and FFA,and the effect relied on the time and the dose of β-glucan.
