借助相关学科优势培养旅游本科人才——以淮阴师范学院旅游管理专业为例

摘　　要：我国旅游本科教育经过30年的发展,经历了初期"异质化"到目前"趋同化"发展阶段,取得了长足的进步,为旅游业输送了大量的人才。但面对迅猛发展的旅游业,旅游本科教育仍存在人才培养滞后于行业发展的问题。通过借助各高校相关学科优势,采用特色化、专业化培养思路,可以有效地解决当前旅游教育发展中的众多问题。如以淮阴师范学院旅游管理专业为例,即可通过借助历史文化学科优势,培养文化特色凸显的旅游管理应用型人才;通过强化专业实践特色,培养能力突出的专业化人才。In the past three decades tourism undergraduate education in China has made considerable progress. However, it still lags behind the rapid development of tourism industry. It is proposed that many existing problems be tackled with the help of related disciplines. In the case of Huaiyin Normal University, the development Of Tourism Management benefits from the advanced discipline of history and culture.
