摘　　要：文章从教师因素、学生因素、管理因素等三个方面分析了外语本科毕业论文存在的问题,并提出完善论文管理制度;加强质量监控;加大对指导教师的培养力度;拓宽学生选题思路;提前精心准备;严格答辩程序;做好相似度搜索和及时整理归档等相应措施,这些措施能够切实提高学生毕业论文的整体质量。This paper attempts to analyze the existing problems in managing graduation theses of English majors from the perspectives of teachers, students and the management, and proposes such methods as improving thesis management, upgrading quality control, training supervisors, providing more topic choices for students, making care- ful preparations, following strict oral defense procedures, checking to avoid plagiarism and timely placing theses on file. These measures will improve the overall quality of the students＇ graduation theses.
