摘 要:"双证书"制度的实施对于促进职业教育发展起到了重要的促进作用,但在实施中,特别是对于农业类高职院校,还存在教学与职业技能鉴定相脱节、学生考证选择避难就易、专业职业技能资格证书与专业特色不匹配等问题。这既有社会和学生自身原因,更主要在于学校层面原因。保证"双证书"制度的有效实施,学校应努力从优化人才培养方案、加快"双师型"教师培养、推进校内外实训基地建设等方面着力。The implementation of double-certificate system plays an important role in promoting the development of vocational education. But some problems exist in the implementation process, especially in agricultural higher vocational colleges, such as the disconnection of teaching and vocational skills verification, students avoiding the difficulty and choosing the easy while studying and obtaining the certification, and the mismatching of professional vocational skill qualification certification and specialty characteristics, etc. The impacting factors include the society and students themselves, and a more important factor is schools. Therefore, for guarantee the effective implementation of "dual-certificate" system, it is necessary for schools to optimize the talent training scheme, speed up the cultivation of "dual-qualification" teachers, and promote the construction of training base in and around schools.
