摘　　要：高职教师队伍建设现实意义重大,需要有法可依,但是,通过分析中国主要相关的三部教育法中关于高职教师的条文要求,发现其中的缺憾,文章有针对性地提出建设性意见。The significance of higher vocational teacher team con-struction is critical, so relevant laws are required, but by analyz-ing China＆#39;s three major relevant provisions of the Education Law requirements for higher vocational teachers, the defect is discov-ered. This article puts forward targeted constructive suggestions.
