摘　　要：北京科技大学在进行生物技术专业课程建设的过程中,结合遗传学实验教学内容的特点,围绕培养学生的科研创新能力,积极探索遗传学实验的教学模式,并从建设多层次的内容构架、实施开放式的教学模式、借鉴PBL教学法和注重教学资源的整理共享等方面展开实践,取得了良好的教学效果。The paper describes the construction of biotechnology professional curriculum in University of Science and Technology Beijing, the authors analyze the features of genetic experimental teaching contents and actively explore genetic experimental teaching model for the purpose to improve students＇scientific research and innovative ability. We practice from several aspects such as constructing multi -level content framework, implementing open teaching model, learning from the experience of PBL teaching method, paying attention to teaching resources sharing, and then achieve good teaching effects.
