德国基础教育教师队伍建设的经验及借鉴

摘　　要：在德国,高素质的教师为经济的发展培养了大量的优秀人才。探究其基础教育教师队伍建设的经验主要在于:增强教师职业的吸引力,严格教师资格证的获得和加强在职教师的职后教育。目前我国的师资队伍建设存在一些问题,亟待解决,因此,可以借鉴德国的经验,推动我国教师队伍的建设。High qualified teachers cultivate a large number of outstanding talents in Germany. There is a lot of experience on the building of teacher team in elementary education, for example, to enhance the attraction of teachers＇ occupation, to strict teach- er qualification certificate, to strengthen the in-service teachers＇ education. At present the construction of teaching staff must be strengthened in China. So we can study the German experience.
